Supported cars:

Ford Transit Connect 2005-2010, Ford Fiesta 2006-2009, Ford Fusion 2006-2009, Ford Mondeo 2008+, Ford Galaxy 2008+,
Ford S-max 2008+

ECU supported:
SID804, EDC16, SID206, SID202, SID803, SIM210,

How the immobilizer works on Ford Transit Connect 2005-2010, Ford Fiesta 2006-2009, Ford Fusion 2006-2009:
Immobilizer data (PATS) on these cars is stored in the instrument cluster (IC) processor HC12.
The instrument cluster receives the immobilizer coil transponder key signal, and if the key data is the same as the car’s, the IC send timing
signal to the engine-ECU.
If the transponder key is stored in the IC and the timing data ECU is correct, the ECU allows the engine to start.

How to use this program:
– If the car transponder key is lost:
Read with CarProg EEPROM instrument cluster by OBDII (or you can remove the car IC and read the HC12 processor EEPROM with
any programmer (such as CarProg, XPROG or UPA), save the file and open it with “Open IC Dump”. The program will show you the transponder
data. Write this data to the EH2 or TPX2 transponder with any transponder programmer (such as RW4, Codereader or Zedbull).

If the immobilizer lamp is on, the engine-ECU is faulty / missing:
Read with CarProg EEPROM instrument cluster by OBDII (or you can remove the car IC and read the HC12 processor EEPROM with
any programmer (such as CarProg, XPROG or UPA), save the file and open it with “Open IC Dump”.
Open the ECU (SID804, EDC16, SID206, SIM210) and read EEPROM (with CarProg you can read in the circuit).
Open the file with the “Open ECU EEPROM” button. Now press Sync button for ecu (if you want to transfer data from dashboard to
ecu) or Synchro to Dash (if you want to transfer data from ecu to dash) and write the saved file in dash (if you did synchro to dash)
or ecu (if you have synchro to ecu)

How does immobilizer work on Ford Mondeo 2008+, Galaxy 2008+, S-max 2008+?
Immobilizer data (PATS) in these cars is stored in the Intelligent Power Distribution Module (GEM) located in the passenger
fuse holder compartment. GEM receives the signal from the immobilizer coil transponder key, and if the key data is the same as the car’s, the GEM sends
Timing signal to engine from ECU.
If the transponder key is stored in GEM and the GEM-ECU timing data is correct, GEM allows the engine to start.

How to use this program:
If the car transponder key is lost:
1. Remove GEM (Intelligent Power Distribution Module) from the car.
2. Open and locate 25320 EEPROM. Read (with CarProg you can read in loop).
3. Save the file and open it with “Open GEM EEPROM”. The program will show you the transponder data.
4. Write this data to the EH2 or TPX2 transponder with any transponder programmer (such as RW4, Codereader or Zedbull)
If the engine-ECU is faulty / missing:.
1. Remove GEM (Intelligent Power Distribution Module) from the car.
2. Open and locate 25320 EEPROM. Read (with CarProg you can read in loop).
3. Save the file and open it with “Open GEM EEPROM”.
4. Open the ECU and read the EEPROM.
5. Open the file with the “Open ECU EEPROM” button.
6. Now transfer the GEM timing data to the engine-ECU using the Synchro to ecu button.

7. Save the ECU file and write it back to the Engine Control Module
